    Composer, Singer, Director

Marc Allen Trujillo was closely affiliated with Nosotros, the Latino actors' association founded by Ricardo Montalban. Trujillo directed a production of Simpson Street, by the noted actor and writer Edward Gallardo, at the Nosotros Theatre in Los Angeles. He performed with Chita Rivera and Trio Calaveras at the 17th annual Nosotros Golden Eagle Awards, hosted by Montalban at the Beverly Hilton in 1987, and later served as president of Nosotros.

Trujillo composed the music for the street opera Fantasma, with libretto by Edward Gallardo and direction and choreography by Bill Castellano. A fully staged reading of the work was produced by the New York Shakespeare Festival/Festival Latino at the Public Theater in 1989.
